EC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
According to Annex II point A of Directive 2006/42/EC,
Annex IV Directive 2014/30/EU,
Annex II Directive 2000/14/EC (adopted in Italy with D.Lgvo 4/9/02 n. 262)
The firm AEROTECNICA COLTRI S.p.A., as the manufacturer of the HIGH
PRESSURE COMPRESSOR FOR BREATHING AIR
Hereby declares under its sole responsibility that it complies with all the
relevant provisions of the Directives:
- 2006/42/EC (machinery Directive);
- 2014/30/EU (electromagnetic compatibility Directive);
- 2000/14/EC (Directive on noise emission in the environment by
equipment for use outdoors). Production check carried out according
to Annex VI clause 6 - first procedure. Surveillance performed by
ITALCERT S.r.l. Viale Sarca, 336 20126 Milano, notified Body n°0426.
further, declares that the compressor complies with the relevant
requirements described in the technical standards:
- EN ISO 12100:2010, EN 1012-1:2010, EN ISO 13857:2008, CEI EN 60204-
1:2006, CEI EN 61000-6-4:2007/A1:2013, CEI EN 61000-6-2:2006
finally, declares that:
- any modification made to the compressor without written
authorization from AEROTECNICA COLTRI S.p.A. shall void this
declaration;
- extraordinary maintenance operations and supply of spare parts must
always be requested to the manufacturer;
- the user's manual is an integral part of the machine, and a full
knowledge and understanding of it are essential for a safe use.

Gemäß Anhang II Punkt A Richtlinie 2006/42/EG,
Anhang IV Richtlinie 2014/30/EU,
Anhang II Richtlinie 2000/14/EG (in Italien mit dem Gesetzesdekret 4/9/02 Nr. 262 umgesetzt)
Das Unternehmen AEROTECNICA COLTRI S.p.A. als Hersteller des
HOCHDRUCKKOMPRESSORS FÜR ATEMLUFT
erklärt in alleiniger Verantwortung, dass er alle relevanten Bestimmungen
folgender Richtlinien einhält:
- 2006/42/EG (Maschinenrichtlinie);
- 2014/30/EU (Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeitsrichtlinie);
- 2000/14/EG (Richtlinie über die Geräuschemission der Maschinen
und Geräte für den Betrieb im Freien). Produktionskontrolle gemäß
Anhang VI Abs. 6 - erster Vorgang - durchgeführt. Überwachung
erfolgt durch ITALCERT S.r.l. Viale Sarca, 336 20126 Mailand, benannte
Stelle Nr. 0426.
erklärt darüber hinaus, dass der Kompressor die in den technischen Normen
beschriebenen relevanten Anforderungen erfüllt:
- EN ISO 12100:2010, EN 1012-1:2010, EN ISO 13857:2008, CEI EN 60204-
1:2006, CEI EN 61000-6-4:2007/A1:2013, CEI EN 61000-6-2:2006
erklärt schließlich, dass:
- jede Änderung am Kompressor, die ohne schriftliche Genehmigung
von AEROTECNICA COLTRI S.p.A. erfolgt, die vorliegende Erklärung
erlöschen lässt;
- die außerordentlichen Wartungsarbeiten und die Lieferung von
Ersatzteilen immer beim Hersteller angefordert werden müssen;
- die Betriebsanleitung ein fester Bestandteil der Maschine ist und ihr volle
Kenntnis und ihr Verständnis für die sichere Nutzung unerlässlich sind.
Person, die berechtigt ist, das technische Dossier gemäß den oben
genannten Richtlinien zu verfassen: Ing. Marco Corsini c/o Aerotecnica
