2.8 PROCÉDURE
DE MAINTENANCE
2.8.1 Nettoyage de la coupole AXCEL
(planche 1)
Avant toute opération, attendre que la
coupole soit froide et mettre l'éclairage hors
tension au niveau du disjoncteur général.
Procéder au nettoyage sans désolidariser
la coupole de l'éclairage.
Outillage nécessaire
Tournevis plat, clef torx de 10, clef à douille
de 9 mm.
- Accrocher une charge sur l'articulation
bras ressort-fourche.
- Ôter le support lampe.
- Ôter les trois vis torx #10 ainsi que la
fiche femelle au niveau du cœur optique.
- Ôter le joint de coupole à la main
- Ôter les trois vis de maintient et leurs
entretoises au niveau du manche de la
poignée stérile et ôter la sous-face.
- Procéder au nettoyage des miroirs à
l'aide d'un chiffon doux et plonger le cœur
optique dans de l'eau très chaude.
- Sécher le cœur optique au sèche che-
veux ou à la soufflette.
- Remonter dans l'ordre inverse
- Ne pas utiliser d'outillage pour le remon-
tage du joint de coupole.
2.8.2 Graissage de l'articulation cou-
pole arceau (planche 1 et 7)
Outillage nécessaire
Clé torx de 20, tournevis plat
- Accrocher une charge sur l'articulation
bras ressort-fourche.
- Ôter la vis torx #20 du cache articula-
tion.
- Enlever le segment d'arrêt et contrôler
son état (le changer si nécessaire).
- Retourner la coupole, enlever le frein et
contrôler son état (le changer si néces-
saire).
- Désolidariser la coupole de la fourche.
- Nettoyer et dégraisser l'axe.

2.8 MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
2.8.1 Cleaning the AXCEL cupola
(drawing 1)
Before performing any maintenance opera-
tion, wait for the cupola to cool down and
switch off the light at the main switch.
Clean the cupola without separating the
cupola from the light.
Tools required
Flat tip screwdriver, 10mm torque wrench,
9mm socket wrench.
- Fasten a load to the spring arm-fork
swivel joint.
- Remove the lamp socket.
- Remove the 3 #10 torx screws and the
female plug at the optical core.
- Remove the cupola seal by hand
- Remove the three mounting screws
and their spacers at the sterile handle
sleeve and remove the underside.
- Clean the mirrors using a soft rag and
plunge the optical cord in very hot wa-
ter.
- Dry the optical core using a hair dryer
or a blower.
- Reassemble the unit by performing
the disassembly procedure in reverse
order
- Do not use tools to reinstall the cupola
seal.
2.8.2 Lubrication of cupola-hoop
swivel joint (drawings 1 and 7)
Tools required
20 torx wrench, flat tip screwdriver
- Fasten a load to the spring arm - fork
swivel joint.
- Remove the #20 torx screw from the
swivel joint cover.
- Remove the stop segment and check
its condition (replace it if necessary).
- Turnover the cupola, remove the
brake and check its condition (replace
it if necessary).
- Separate the cupola from the fork.
- Clean and lubricate the shaft.

2.8 WARTUNGSVERFAHREN
2.8.1 Reinigung der Schale AXCEL
(Zeichnung 1)
Vor jeder Maßnahme abwarten, bis die
Schale abgekühlt ist und die Beleuchtung
mit Hilfe des Haupttrennschalters span-
nungsfrei machen.
Die Reinigung durchführen, ohne die Schale
von der Beleuchtung zu trennen.
Notwendiges Werkzeug
Flacher Schraubendreher, 10er-Torx-
Schlüssel, Steckschlüssel 9 mm.
- Eine Last am Gelenk Federarm-Gabel
anhängen.
- Die Lampenhalterung entfernen.
- Die drei #10-Torx-Schrauben und die
Steckbuchse im Bereich des optischen
Kernstücks entfernen.
- Die Dichtung der Schale von Hand
entfernen.
- Die drei Befestigungsschrauben und
ihre Zwischenstücke im Bereich der
Griffstange des sterilen Griffs entfernen
und die Unterseite entfernen.
- Die Reinigung der Spiegel mit Hilfe ei-
nes weichen Lappens durchführen und
das optische Kernstück in sehr heißes
Wasser tauchen.
- Das optische Kernstück mit einem
Haartrockner oder einer Luftpistole
trocknen.
- In umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder
zusammenbauen.
- Für den Zusammenbau der Schalen-
dichtung kein Werkzeug verwenden.
2.8.2 Schmierung des Schale-Bügel-
Gelenks (Zeichnung 1 und 7)
Notwendiges Werkzeug
20er-Torx-Schlüssel, flacher Schrauben-
dreher
- Eine Last am Gelenk Federarm-Gabel
anhängen.
- Die #20-Torx-Schraube der Gelenkab-
deckung entfernen.
- Das Stoppsegment entfernen und sei-
nen Zustand prüfen (gegebenen-falls
austauschen).
- Die Schale umdrehen, die Bremse
umdrehen und ihren Zustand prüfen
(gegebenenfalls austauschen).
- Die Schale von der Gabel trennen.
- Die Achse reinigen und entfetten.
