CLEANING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION!
Do not use any aggressive, abrasive or scouring detergents or solvents! Avoid liquid entering
the computer.
1. Clean the machine at least once a week with a soft and, if necessary, slightly damp cloth.
2. In case you hear squeaky noises, oil the moving bearings and axial connections with a
product from a bicycle store.
3. Please check the stepper before every workout for any damage or possible wear. Pay
particular attention to the plastic disks in the rod axles, to the footplates and the resistance
bands and band fastenings. If a part is defective and has to be exchanged, the stepper may
no longer be used until the defective part has been exchanged.
4. Please pay attention to the following parts, which due to their frequent use are subject to
more wear:
• Plastic parts
• Resistance bands

REPLACING THE BATTERY

If the display quality is lacking, change the battery for a new type "LR44" battery.
1. Carefully lift the computer unit out of the pillar and turn it around.
2. Carefully, but with a bit of force, remove the battery.
3. Insert a new battery. Pay attention to the correct polarity!
4. Put the computer unit back in the pillar.
