STRETCHING THE HIPS
AND BENDING THE THIGHS
Place your feet a shoulder's width apart, stretch
your legs and bend your upper body towards until
your hands almost touch the oor. Hold this
position.
STRETCHING YOUR CALF MUSCLES
Focus your eyes on the wall and position your feet
so that they are straight. Bend one leg and stretch
the other leg. Slightly bend your arms and push
your pelvis slightly forwards. Repeat the exercise
with your other leg.
STRETCHING YOUR THIGH MUSCLES
Place your feet a shoulder's width apart and turn
the tips of your toes slightly outwards. Slowly
crouch down as far as possible and lightly rock.
STRETCHING YOUR INNER THIGHS
Comfortable back position. Stretch your legs wide
and bend them to the side. The soles of your feet
should touch. Slowly lower both knees.
