If window 1 is opened first, the wall thermostat regulates
the temperature to 14°C. If window 2 is then opened, the
temperature is regulated to 12°C. When window 3 is opened,
it is regulated to 16°C. If window 1 or 2 is then closed, it
continues to be regulated at 16°C. However, if window 3 is
closed (with 1 and 2 remaining open), it approaches 12°C. 14°C
is approached again if windows 2 and 3 are closed.
If all the windows are closed, the room controller ap-
proaches the previously set temperature again. The
temperature can be changed manually at any time, even
if a window is open.
Teaching-in shutter contacts or window rotary handle
sensors to the wall thermostat makes the system more
receptive to signals so that it can respond immediately to
windows being opened. This will result in a reduction in
the battery life.
