9. Cleaning and maintenance

WARNING! Risk of burns! The damping cylinders get hot during training. After training, allow the
device to cool down before transport, cleaning and maintenance.
9.1 CLEANING
Clean the stepper after training with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Do not use aggressive, corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.
Never allow moisture to enter the computer.
9.2 CHECKS
Before each use, check that all parts of the device are in perfect condition. This applies especially,
but not only, to:
- All connecting parts between base frame, dampers and pedals; especially plastic washers
- the elastic ropes; i.e. ropes, handles and snap hooks
- Resistance rope, pulley and attachment: Must be intact and without play.
If you notice possible or actual damage, do not continue to use the device under any circumstances.
