Pedal Height
• Unlock the pedal from the outside
• Lock the pedal again in one of four possible position heights
Tread Resistance
• Turn the dial to the desired value. This changes the distance and
thus the effect of the braking magnet.
• Always set a low value (1 or 2) at the beginning and end of a wor-
kout.
• Depending on your ability, set a higher value. Set values from 3
for rehabilitation and endurance training; for muscle building set a
higher value.

for mobile device; android 5.0 or higher with Bluetooth 4.0, iOS 8.0 or higher.

• Before and after each use:
- Check that the pedals and all other parts are firmly fixed. If necessary, tighten.
- If the device is damaged, stop using it. Contact Customer Service.

• After each use:

If necessary, wipe away contamination with a clean, slightly damp, soft cloth. Do not use solvents or
harsh cleaning agents.
• Lubrication is NOT required and must not be performed. All relevant parts are maintenance-free.
