After a S98 command, every WE2108 performs the following commands, but outputs no
answer on the interface. The answer is stored in the output buffer. On execution of further
commands, the buffer is overwritten with the latest answer in each case. If the WE2108 is
selected again (with Sxx, xx = unit address), it outputs the stored answer. This therefore
does not belong to the command Sxx, but to an earlier executed command.

This procedure can be used, for instance, in the baud rate change.
