A user characteristic represented by value pairs is determined in the WE2108 by the calibra-
tion. The setting:
means that the scale displays "3000" if an input signal of 1.5 mV/V is applied.
This relationship applies without correction. In the case of a changed installation site, the
stored characteristic values remain unchanged, but the changed gravitation is taken into
account by an internal calculation. If the entered values should be used directly, the correc-
tion must be switched off accordingly.
The following data are included in the correction calculation:

The scale always displays correctly if it was calibrated with LDW / LWT and operated at the
same place. The values of LGC1 / LGC2 have no influence, but may not be changed subse-
quently.

The gravitation of the site at which the scale was calibrated (internally stored)
The gravitation of the installation site (given by LGC1 / LGC2)
The interpolation values (LVA...) of the user characteristic. The values determined during
calibration are stored. They remain unchanged and can be read out at any time.

This can be achieved by one of the following methods:
− Calibration with LDW / LWT. Do not use LGC!
− Calibration in the WE2108 menu
