4. Turn the boot back over to SLIT side. Remove the adhesive liner on the SLIT and
firmly press the flap down. DO NOT DAMAGE THE ELECTRODES WHILE
DOING THIS.
5. Remove the adhesive liner on the left side of the boot and press firmly to
connector.
6. Remove the adhesive liner on the right side and press firmly on the connector as
shown.
