7. Starting with the most cephalad (superior) electrode, insert the electrode into the

3 hole in the electrode connector.
8. Gently close the socket pusher and line up the electrode into the slot of the
pusher.
9. Once lined up, firmly close the socket pusher.
10. Select the next cephalad electrode and insert into the 5
connector.
