7.5 QuantumX PROFINET Slave Diagnosis – Status Byte
The status of every single signal can be evaluated for diagnosis purposes. In
case the status is transferred on process data level handling is much easier as
this is true synchronous communication.
The status is transferred as additional status byte (8 bit) right ahead of the
actual measurement value.
