• The motors, speed controller and drive battery may heat up during operation of the model. For this
reason, wait 5 to 10 minutes before recharging the drive battery or restarting the model with a spare
rechargeable battery. The motors must be left to cool down to the ambient temperature.
• Always keep the remote control (transmitter) turned on when the model is in use. After use, always switch
off the model first and only then unplug the drive battery. Only then may the transmitter be switched off.
• In the event of a defect or malfunction, be sure to eliminate the cause of the fault before resuming opera-
tion of the model.
• Do not expose the model or the remote control to direct sunlight or excessive heat for prolonged periods.
• If the running performance decreases, head for the bank immediately. Otherwise there is a risk that the
boat with an empty drive battery will drift uncontrollably on the water and get lost.
