Troubleshooting
Battery does not recharge when the power supply is connected
(the battery LED remains OFF when power supply is connected).
Possible causes
• Bad charger connection.
• Power socket is not under tension/
switched off (if applicable).
• Charger malfunction.
• Electronic malfunction.
Device test and quick closed-loop test do not start.
Possible causes
®
• Propex IQ External tester is not working
properly.
• Electronic malfunction.
®
X-Smart IQ Handpiece undetected in combined mode.
Possible causes
®
• X-Smart IQ Measurement Cable or one
of the connectors are damaged.
• Firmware of the X-Smart IQ
not up to date.
• Electronic malfunction.

and reconnect it again.
