20. LMS FAULT MESSAGES
If the repeat function is enabled (parameter
*39*), an alarm is sent once a day as a reminder
until the problem is solved. This only applies to
messages about battery or microphone/speaker
failure and jammed switches.

Power failure

In the event of a power failure, an alarm is sent
after 15 minutes. Another alarm is sent when
the power supply is restored.

Microphone/speaker failure

Microphone and speaker are tested once a day.
In the event of a failure of one or both compo-
nents, an alarm is sent.

Intercom station failure

An alarm is sent if communication is inter-
rupted. Another alarm is sent when communica-
tion is restored.

Battery failure

The battery is tested every 7 days. If the battery
test fails, an alarm is sent.

Jammed switch

If an actuated switch does not return to its origi-
nal position, the "Jammed switch" alarm is sent.
