5.7. Set PIN code

To change or deactivate the PIN code, insert
the SIM card into any cell phone. Change the
PIN request in the phone's security settings
as desired. Check your change by switching
the cell phone off and then on again and see
whether the cell phone can be activated without
PIN code or with the new PIN code. After insert-
ing the SIM card, make a call to the dialling unit
to ensure proper connection.

5.8. Mounting the bus unit

At least one bus unit is required for the cabin. If
there is sufficient communication, buttons on
or under the cabin can be used to activate the
cabin intercom station and connect via it. If the
communication is faulty, bus units should be
used for roof or pit. If more than one bus unit
is used, the other units must be addressed via
the dialling unit (by remote configuration, via PC
and data cable or via the Safeline APP).
In the case of anterooms or interstitial spaces
that can only be entered and exited via the
elevator, a separate emergency call device is
required. Bus stations can also be used here on
the elevator's dialling unit. Note, however, that
the total number of bus units, including those
used in the elevator, cannot exceed 6.
Caution! If you want to use a new SIM card
with PIN code "1111" in a dialling unit, you must
first insert a SIM card with PIN code "1234" or
"0000" in this device to delete the old code
in the memory. If you enter an incorrect PIN
code three times, the SIM card will be blocked
(unblocking is also only possible with the PUK
code). The dialling unit cannot be started and
LED 3 turns red.
Each bus unit must be connected to the 4 lines
(orange, grey, brown and blue) on the dialling
unit bus (terminal block B). Other connections
are optional and depend on which external
elements are present in the elevator and are to
be used.
