9.1. When connecting to the Behnke emergency call centre (remote configuration
via modem)
Partners of the Behnke emergency call centre
report their assignment and emergency plans
by means of a standby contract directly to
the emergency call centre when ordering and
before start-up. On the start-up day, the service
department is notified of the installation and
the configuration is performed by the service

Pro" program
The device can be configured in the call centre
before installation or on site after installation.
The "SafeLine Pro" configuration software can
be downloaded from the Internet. This requires
a serial or USB-based programming cable and a
mobile PC.
