Problem

Soundbar 10 does not

Solution
1. Remove the protective film on the remote control.
2. Replace the battery, make sure the polarity is correct when
inserting.
1. Please check the correct setting of your source device.
2. Unlock the digital output on the source device, the
volume control might be set to "zero" and must be
increased (please refer to the manual of the device).
3.1. Check the connection between the player and the Soundbar
10 and replace the cable if necessary.
3.2 Make sure that the protective caps on the connectors
of the optical cable are removed.
1. Increase the volume with the "Volume" button.
Increase the volume of the source device.
2. Increase the max. possible volume according
to instructions.
1. Establish connection.
