6.3.7 Installing the socket brim pad

Complete the following steps to install the socket brim pad:
► Push the socket brim pad into the corresponding recess in the medial socket shell (see
fig. 29).
6.3.8 Screwing the bottom plate to the connection adapter

Complete the following steps to screw the magnetic bottom shell to the connection adapter:
1) Insert the magnetic bottom shell into the medial side rail from the inside.
2) Screw the magnetic bottom shell and the connection adapter to each other from the outside
with the cap screws (M6) (see fig. 30).
3) Tighten the cap screws with a torque of 10 Nm.
4) Re-tighten all screws by turns after 30 minutes and secure with 636K13 adhesive.
INFORMATION: When securing the screws, only loosen one screw at a time, apply the
adhesive to the thread and tighten the screw to the specified tightening torque.
The connection adapter can be installed in three positions depending on the flexion contracture.
