12 Introduction

4.10 Decontamination

The machine must be decontaminated with either:
– Isopropanol 70%
– Sodium hypochlorite 0 .75%
– Propanol 45%, Isopropanol 25%, Ethanol 4 .7%
The customer is responsible for correct decontamination!
After correct decontamination, the customer must fill out the "Decontamination
form" that the machine is free from biological, chemical or radioactive contaminants .
This form can be get from the local Sartorius representative .
