Adjusting the mouse sensitivity

NOTE: This function can only be enabled/disabled via web application
By default, the mouse sensitivity is not affected by the KVM extender. If desired,
you can increase the mouse sensitivity by the KVM extender.
How to adjust the mouse sensitivity of the KVM extender:
1. Use the tree view to click on
2. Double-click the computer module of the KVM extender you want to con-
figure.
3. Click the General
4. Under Mouse sensitivity

5. Click OK to save your changes.

Starting the user module without keyboard

NOTE:
This setting can only be changed in the web application.
By default, user modules start without a keyboard. As an alternative, the user module
can interrupt startup by showing a message regarding the missing keyboard. Once you
connect a keyboard to the user module, the startup process continues.
How to disable/enable keyboard support for the user module:
1. Click on
KVM Extenders > [All Extenders]
2. Double-click the computer module of the KVM extender to be configured.
3. Click the
Remote
4. Use the
Keyboard required
 continue start-up without keyboard (default).

 interrupt start-up if keyboard cannot be detected.

5. Click to save your settings.
