INSTALLATION OF THE DOSING TUBE

/ Push the compression nut approximately 2 cm over the dosing tube(see fig. 8).
/ If necessary, shorten the dosing tube.
/ Insert the dosing tube up to the stop in the connector of the injection nozzle.
/ Push the compression nut onto the connector, screw in place and tighten with an 8mm open-
ended spanner.
Select the tightening torque (about 4 Nm) so that the compression nut clamps the
dosing tube and seals it.
Limiting of the tightening torque:
Tighten using the open-ended spanner until it slides on the hexagon faces of the
compression nut.
/ Check for correct seating by pulling.
Disconnecting the dosing tube:
/ Undo the compression nut with an open-ended spanner and screw off.
Refitting of the dosing tube:
/ Cut off the dosing tube shortly after the indentation. The indentation results from the tightening of the
compression nut. Fit the dosing tube.
