Pull the power supply unit out of the socket.
/ Disconnect the water supply to the dosing pump. Close the stopcock or switchover the bypass valve.
/ Protect the flange surfaces against damage! Damaged flange surfaces will no longer seal correctly. The
resulting escaping water can cause damage to the home and furnishings and equipment.
/ It must therefore be ensured that no dirt gets into the dosing pump. When the dosing pump is recom-
missioned, this dirt can come into contact with the drinking water and be released into it. The health of
persons drinking contaminated water is put at risk.
/ Store the dosing pump in a frost-free area. Frost can freeze water enclosed in the dosing pump, result-
ing in mechanical damage to the dosing pump. Escaping water can cause serious property damage in
the home.
/ Once the dosing pump is fitted and started again, it must be bled and flushed through.
Recommissioning sequence:
/ Open stopcock/bypass valve.
/ Open a tap downstream of the dosing pump. After a flushing water quantity of 5 l the dosing pump is
bled.
/ Plug the power supply unit in.
The dosing pump now automatically starts operating.

It goes out as soon as a new mineral
solution container has been insert-
ed and the empty signalling elec-
trodes are again immersed in the
mineral solution.
The message appears after the an-
nual service interval has elapsed.
