5.8. Import and Export Excel files

With software version 1.26 or later, you may
edit your telephone books using Excel. To do
so, use the functions Import and Export.
Please note the following:
▸ In order for this to work, Excel needs to be
installed on your computer.
▸
Elements require the format 'text'.
▸
Use the 1st column to enter a name (up to 18
characters long).
▸
Use the 2nd column to enter a telephone
number (up to 20 characters long).
