3.1. Frequently used configuration settings

Please take a look at the following configuration settings frequently used with the Electronics
Add-On Voice / Display / Real Time Clock. For further configuration steps, please see the sec-
tion on configuration steps starting on page 45 or have a look at the user manual available
for download at www.behnke-online.de/download.
1. After the door bell has been rung and your Behnke door intercom device has connected a
call, your telephone (at home / in the office) will ring for up to 30 seconds before the call is
automatically disconnected in case nobody picks up.

2. Depending on the current day and time, press a direct call button on your Behnke door inter-
com to dial a given telephone number from Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 7:00 pm. From 7:01 pm
until 7:29 am and on weekends, press the same button to dial a different number.

not a number for multiple extensions) *800 sets the
device to recognise the call being answered or not.
▸ Enables advanced configurations
▸ Time the phone will ring (e.g. 30 seconds)
Exit Set-Up mode
▸ Enter Set-Up mode
▸ Enter the current time and date
▸ Schedule from Monday to Friday 1*5, starting at
0730 (7:30 am) and ending at 1900 (7:00 pm)
▸ *41 Current time within the schedule dial the first
telephone number *49. Current time not within the
schedule then *92 go to configuration step 22.
▸ Enter the second telephone number here
