Entries to the telephone book
69 After entering configuration step code 69, the following menu will
appear:
The selected menu item will be marked by two arrowheads, e.g. ▸ EXIT
◂ Use the display keys or to navigate between the different menu
items. Use the display key OK to activate the selected menu item. During
remote configuration, the following DTMF sequences replace the display
keys:

Make a new entry in your telephone book:
To save a new entry to your telephone book, please select the menu
item ▸ NEW ENTRY ◂ You will then see the input mask to make a new ent-
ry. You need to enter a name (1 to 18 characters long) and a correspon-
ding telephone number (1 to 20 characters long) to create a valid entry.
To enter the telephone number, you may use the same set of symbols
available for entering a telephone number via configuration steps 21
to 29. Once you have entered the telephone number, you entry will be
saved and the screen will return to the previous menu. You cannot save
invalid entries. You may save up to 200 entries and the entries will be
ordered alphabetically.
