16. Place the slit diaphragm directly in front of the
wheel laser on the floor (see fig. 13).

17. Loosen the fixing screw of the height adjustable dia-
phragm and set the diaphragm until the laser beam
goes through the middle of the slit (see fig. 14).
18. Lock the diaphragm again with the fixing screw.

19. Set the slit diaphragm now to the level of the read
wheel on the floor (see fig. 15).
20. Loosen the fixing screw on the quick action clamp
and so orientate the wheel laser so that the laser
beam goes through the middle of the slit of the
diaphragm.
21. Fix the wheel laser again with the securing screw.
 The laser beam is orientated parallel to the loca-
tion surface of the vehicle.

22. Adjust with the knurled nut (fig. 16, item 2) the mir-
ror vertically, so that the laser beam is reflected back
as close as possible (±1 mm) to the outlet opening on
the projection surface of the wheel laser.

23. Loosen the fixing screws on the slot slide of the spir-
it level (fig.16, item 1) and place the spirit level so
that the bubble is located exactly in the middle.
 The spirit level is now orientated on the location
surface and must not be anymore displaced!
24. Switch off the wheel laser again!
25. Loosen the fixing screw on the quick action clamp
26. Release the wheel laser from the support of the
quick action clamp.
27. Release the quick action clamp from the rear wheel.
28. Pull the clamping lever on the hand grip.

The clamp unit is opened and the installation equip-
ment can be taken from the rail without resistance.
