Using the LCD Monitor
If you wish to use the LCD monitor for shooting, playing
back thermal images and adjusting menu settings, follow
the instruction below.
1. Open the LCD display
in the direction of
the arrow.
2 . Aim the IR camera
at the subject.
• For a better tem-
perature measure-
ment, please do
remember to make the subject in center of the
image that is shown on the LCD monitor (or the
viewfinder).
• The viewfinder will shut off when opening the
LCD display.
Using the Viewfinder
If the surroundings
are too bright (for ex-
ample, when you are
shooting
outdoors)
and images on the
LCD monitor are not
clear, use the view-
finder for shooting.
(The same image and
information as the LCD monitor appears in the view-
finder).
You can adjust the viewfinder with the diopter adjust-
ment dial to adapt to your vision so that the display
information appears in crisp focus.

Checking the Information on the LCD Monitor / Vie-
wfinder
Both the LCD monitor and the viewfinder have a filed of
vision of 100% of the actual shooting image.
The following displays in information view.
