– blow a jet of compressed
air through the right and
left guard slots.
5.4.11 Storage and inactivity for long periods
If you intend not to use the machine for
a long period (more than 1 month), dis-
connect the battery cables and follow
the instructions in the engine instruction
manual.
Empty the fuel tank by disconnecting
the tube (1) situated at the inlet of the
fuel filter (2), and collect the fuel in a
suitable container.
Reconnect the tube (1) making sure you position the clip properly (3).
