5.3.1.1 Sending a Message to Private/Phone

Procedure Steps
1 From the home screen, press the MENU key.
2 Select Messages → New Message.
Enter your message and press Send.

4 If needed, select Private/Phone.
Enter recipient number or press abc to choose it from your contacts.

6 Press Send, or SEND key, or the PTT button.

Procedure Steps
1 From the home screen, press the MENU key.
Select Messages → New Message.

If needed, select Group.
