13. Alarm

a) Viewing alarm, turning alarm on/off and setting alarm

The setting is carried out in the following steps:
• You have to be in normal time display mode (the current time is shown on the bottom on the
display).
• Briefly press the "ALARM" key (5), the current alarm is displayed.

When the device is used for the first time it is set to "0:00".
If no key is pressed for about 10 seconds, the time will be displayed again. No
setting is changed.
• Pressing the "ALARM" key (5) again briefly, the alarm is turned on or off.
When the alarm is turned on, there is a little bell icon (Q) on the bottom right on the display.

If no key is pressed for about 10 seconds, the setting (alarm on or alarm off) is
copied and the time is displayed.
• To set the alarm, hold the "ALARM" key (5) pressed for about two seconds. A signal can be
heard and the hours of the alarm start to flash.
• Set the hours with the " " and " " keys. If the respective key is pressed for a longer period
of time, quick adjustment is performed.

If no key is pressed for 10 seconds the current setting is copied and the setting
mode is exited. The time is displayed.
• By briefly pressing the "ALARM" key (5) you will change to the next setting step.
• The minute display (alarm) flashes.
• Set the minutes with the " " and " " keys. If the respective key is pressed for a longer period
of time, quick adjustment is performed.

If no key is pressed for 10 seconds the current setting is copied and the setting
mode is exited. The time is displayed.
• By briefly pressing the "ALARM" key (5) the setting mode is completed and all settings are
copied.
