During the operation make sure that the cable of the plug-in power supply is not jammed or
crushed!
Make sure the insulation of the whole product is neither damaged nor destroyed. Check the
product for damage before each use!
If you detect any damage, DO NOT connect the product to the power supply!
There is mortal danger (eg when the plug-in power supply unit is damaged).
If this is the case, bring the product to a specialised workshop and do not use
it anymore.
The installation site should be chosen in a way that the base station has a firm position and
cannot fall down. Because of the heavy weight there is a risk of injuries.
Valuable or scratch sensitive furniture surfaces should be protected from damage with suitable
covers, before you put the base station on it.
c) Outdoor sensor
The outdoor sensor is suitable to be used in a protected outdoor area. However, you should
definitely avoid direct splashing, eg from a garden hose or another irrigation system. Do not use
the outdoor sensor in or under water!
Only operate the outdoor sensor with the transparent protective cover on.
Install the outdoor sensor in a way so that it is positioned vertically/upright and
the LC display points upward.
Otherwise water can get into the outdoor sensor and destroy it.
