e) Controls on the outdoor sensor

15 Battery compartment
This is where you insert two batteries of type micro/AAA with correct polarity (insert
batteries in base station first!).
The polarity for plus/+ and minus/- is marked on the battery compartment.
16 "CH" key
Once the batteries are inserted in the outdoor sensor, you can select the transmitter
channel (1-5) by pressing the "CH" key briefly several times in the following 10 seconds.
On delivery the basic setting is "channel 1".
A change is only necessary if you operate more than one outdoor sensor.
17 "°C/°F" key
By pressing the key briefly, the outdoor sensor display can be switched between °C
(degrees Celsius) and °F (degrees Fahrenheit).
18 "RESET" key
The outdoor sensor is reset to factory default. Alternatively you can briefly remove the
batteries.
For reasons of safety the key was counter-sunk, actuate it, eg with a toothpick.
