CONVEYOR BELT
NOTE: Conveyor belt is shipped installed on
some units.
NOTE: The following directions are written for left to
right travel. For right to left travel, thread the
belt from the left side of the oven. The two
ends will meet on the right side of the oven.

1. Thread the conveyor belt from the right side of
the oven. The conveyor belt has loops on both
ends. The loops must travel backwards on the
conveyor rack to prevent belt damage. See
Figure 9 for proper belt orientation.
Push the belt through the conveyor rack
threading in between the top and bottom
guide rods. Stop when there is approximately
31 cm (12") of belt hanging out on the left side.
Belt Top 2. Thread the belt around the sprockets on the
left conveyor rack.
3. Take the remainder of the belt, loop it around the
sprockets on the right conveyor rack.
4. Push the remainder of the belt through the
oven cavity on top of the conveyor racks.

5. Each end of the belt should meet approximately
15 cm (6") past the end of the left conveyor rack.
