Troubleshooting

Even though the model and the remote control system are state-of-the-art products, there can still be malfunctions or
errors. For this reason, we would like to give you some information on how to deal with possible problems.
Problem
Transmitter does not function.
The transmitter turns off straight
away of after a short while.
The system only has a low
range.
The model doesn't respond.
The engine does not start.
Model does not rise.
Engine is not running smoothly
The model can be controlled
only with difficulty

Remedy
• Check batteries in the transmitter.
• Check polarity of the batteries.
• Check the function switch.
• Replace or recharge the transmitter's batteries or rechargeable batter-
ies
• Perform range check according to instructions
• Check batteries in the transmitter and the model.
• Place receiver aerial differently for test purposes.
• Check flight battery or connector in the model.
• Check connections on the receiver.
• Perform binding.
• Move control lever for engine function all the way up and then down
again.
• Check the flight battery.
• Check motor and speed controller.
• Check cabling in the model for damage.
• Flight battery not charged or defective
• Rotor damaged
• Engine defective.
• Wrong elevator trim position.
• Rotor defective
• Motor shaft bent
• Flight conditions too windy.
• Transmitter batteries / rechargeable batteries too low.
• Transmitter control motions too strong.
