Operation

a) Removing the car body

The car body is secured with holding brackets which must be slid out from the retaining pins. The car body can then be
taken off.

b) Placing the rechargeable battery pack in the vehicle

Note!
The rechargeable battery pack must not be connected to the drive control unit yet!
On one side of the vehicle there is a battery pack compartment. The attachment of the rechargeable battery pack is
carried out using a plastic brace which is secured using two attachment clips.
Insert the rechargeable battery pack in a manner that the connection cable cannot be caught in the steering mechanism
or the drive.
c) Inserting batteries/rechargeable batteries into the remote control
(transmitter)
If you have not done so already, insert the rechargeable battery/batteries into the remote control (transmitter). Please
also note the operating instructions of your remote control.

d) Switching on the remote control (transmitter)

Always turn on the remote control (transmitter) before connecting the rechargeable battery packs to the drive control
unit. Check the status of the inserted battery.

e) Connecting the rechargeable battery pack to the drive control unit

Before connecting a rechargeable battery pack to the drive control unit, switch on the remote control (transmitter) (see
chapter 9. c) and 9. d).
To prevent a sudden movement of the drive and an uncontrolled movement of the model (e.g. if the trim for
the drive is wrongly adjusted), place the vehicle on a suitable support (such as a start box), so that the
wheels can turn freely.
Switch off your drive control unit.
Then connect the rechargeable battery pack to the drive control unit.
