Connecting the Telephone to a PC

Requirements
– A PC meeting the system requirements (see chapter Important Informa-

Switch the PC on.

Insert a plug (RJ-45) of the patch cable into the socket labelled with
the lower side of the telephone.
Important: If you connect a PC to the socket on the bottom of the tele-
phone that is labelled with

(PoE).
 Take note of the socket labels.

Insert the other plug (RJ-45) of the patch cable into the network connection
port of your PC.
