server into the telephone. To do this, tap on Specify provisioning server
and subsequently enter the URL.

Tap on the required language.
Note: If you do not tap on a language, the display goes into its idle state
after a preset time. When this is the case, press the Menu key to return to
the language selection.
Note: Please observe the following notes if your telephone shows a differ-
ing or unexpected behaviour.
If the message Faulty network setup is shown on the display, this indi-
cates that the DHCP server is missing. You can also operate the telephone
with a permanent IP address. To do this, proceed as described in
ing Network Settings Manually on page 56
this point.
If the setup assistant is started, but no account is displayed, the telephone
has not found any Auerswald PBX. If an Auerswald PBX is available, check
whether the corresponding PBX is switched on and start the search again.
To do this, tap on Search for private exchange systems. If the search is
not successful or if no PBX is available, you can also create an account and
the corresponding VoIP provider with the help of profiles. To do this, pro-
ceed as described in
Account for an Auerswald PBX on page 57

The telephone searches for an Auerswald PBX in the network.
The setup assistant is automatically started.
If the telephone has found an appropriate PBX, an account (e. g.
Account 001) will automatically be created for this PBX and will be dis-
played in the setup assistant under Inactive or unregistered ac-
counts.
The Account setup assistant opens.
Standard VoIP account: Enter your internal number configured in the
PBX as username and the corresponding password and tap on OK.
System telephony account: Enter your internal number configured in
the PBX as username and tap on OK. Enter the corresponding password
and tap on OK.
