8 Servicing and shipping

Please read "Information for the user", Section 1.5.
Before the Suprasorb
professionally serviced by L&R or an authorised specialist.
The servicing must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
L&R offers its customers and partners quick, professional servicing, and performs all
necessary tests and checks.

8.1 Servicing

The Suprasorb
authorised service partner every 18 months at the latest. L&R offers its customers and
partners rapid and professional servicing and the performance of all necessary checks.
PLEASE NOTE
Servicing by L&R or by a service partner authorised by L&R includes not only cleaning
and disinfection and the associated processes but also the testing and restoration of
technical-functional and electrical safety. The Suprasorb
be opened by L&R or a service partner authorised by L&R.
L&R does not guarantee the error-free functioning of the Suprasorb
unit nor does it accept liability for any material damage or personal injuries sustained if:
• accessories and spare parts are used which are not original,
• the information in these instructions for use is not heeded,
• assembly, setup, modifications, updates or repairs are not performed by L&R or an
authorised specialist,
• the security seal is removed or broken.

8.2 Shipping

Cleaning and disinfection prior to shipping
