Possible cause
Exudate flow
interrupted, tube
blocked, internal
filter blocked.
Low battery level.
Remedy
A tube clamp may have accidentally been
closed or there may be a blockage in the
tubes.
Please open all the tube clamps or try to
remove the blockage in the tubes.
If necessary, change the full exudate
pouch.
However, if the internal charcoal/bacterial
filter is blocked, the device needs to be
professionally serviced by L&R or a
service partner authorised by L&R!
If the error message "Exudate pouch full"
appears, it is high time to insert a new
exudate pouch.
Replace the pouch in accordance with the
instructions for use (see Section 3.4).
If the battery level is low, please connect
the device to the power supply using the
supplied power supply.
