If you cannot resolve an error message successfully with the measures outlined above,
contact the L&R hotline (see Section 13) or your CNP specialist.
PLEASE NOTE
Possible cause
Therapy has not
been started.
Remedy
If the battery level is empty, please
connect the device to the power supply
immediately using the supplied power
supply.
You now have the option of starting the
therapy or switching the device off.
A simple trick often helps in such cases:
Switch the device off and on again, then
check whether it is functioning normally.
If this does not help, please contact your
CNP specialist or the L&R hotline (see
Section 13).
