Charging

Instructions for using the ear tips
The abdominal and shoulder belt pads are connected in the same way:
1.
Connect the controller to the belt, aligning the electrode hole with the port
2.
Remove the protective film
3.
Place the belt on your body
4.
After training, place the belt on the protective film to secure the pads
Basic instructions
•
It is recommended to train once a day
•
During your first training session, set a low intensity and increase it gradually
•
Place the belt on the area to be trained
Key rules:
•
Remove sweat from your body before putting on the belt
•
Do not touch the gel pads
•
Fit the pads snugly to your body – gaps may cause tingling or pain
•
Abdominal belt: if the stream is too weak, move the belt 1–2 cm; switch off the device before changing position
•
Shoulder belts: use on the waist, shoulders and legs
Operating the device
Switching on
After switching on the device, ensure that the gel pad fits snugly against the body. Otherwise, localised tingling or pain may occur.
Adjusting the training intensity
•
Press the "+" button – a blue light will start flashing, indicating level 1.
•
The intensity is divided into 20 levels (1–20).
•
When using for the first time, start at the lowest level and increase gradually as you adapt.
•
The device's power is consumed during training, which may weaken the sensation of the pulses – remember to charge the battery regularly.
Changing the programme
•
The device offers 10 training modes.
•
Each mode runs for 20 minutes and switches off automatically.
•
When you switch modes, the time starts over and the intensity returns to level 0.

Switching off
•
The device switches off automatically after 20 minutes or after one minute of inactivity.
