Device concept
The interface has analog and digital inputs and outputs and can be operated in
standard mode as well as Open Collector mode (OC mode). A jumper is used to
switch between the modes.
A cable harness is supplied with the interface to connect the interface to the
welding machine. A SpeedNet connection cable is available as an extension for
the cable harness.
A prefabricated cable harness is available for connecting the interface to the ro-
bot control.
The cable harness is prefabricated at the interface end with Molex connectors
ready for connection. At the robot end, the cable harness has to be adjusted in
line with the robot control connection technology.
