Appendix D Warranty
Please refer to the enclosed guarantee policy for terms of warranty.
Exceptions
Explicitly excluded from warranty are:
• Wear due to appropriate use or consumption of the product
• Accessory parts supplied with this product, which are worn or consumed due to appropri-
ate use (e.g. batteries, electrodes, chipcards etc.)
• Products, which had been used, cleaned, stored or maintained inappropriately or against
the terms of these operating instructions, as well as products that had been opened, re-
paired or modified by the purchaser or an authorized service partner
• Damage that occurred on the transportation route between the manufacturer and the
customer, or between the service center and the customer, respectively
• Secondary damages caused by defects of this product (in this case demands due to
product liability or other mandatory legal liability regulations might be claimed)
The original warranty time (beginning with the date of purchase) remains also in the case of repairs or
after a full replacement and is not extended.
