3.12 Intended User
The intended users of DEEP OSCILLATION
3.13 Intended Point of Use
The intended point of use is home or dry rooms designed for medical purposes (hospitals, physical therapy,
and practice rooms with patient beds).
Avoid explosion hazard zones, moist areas (such as bathrooms) or hydrotherapy rooms.
3.14 Intended Duration and Intended Frequency of Use
The intended duration and frequency are a maximum of three sessions a day and a maximum cumulative
daily use of three hours.
Alternate each therapy session with the gloves with a session using the applicator handhold.
3.15 Intended Location of Use and Intended Type and Duration of Contact
DEEP OSCILLATION

Place surgical drapes on wounds and burns prior to the treatment if sterile conditions must be maintained.
Avoid the following locations:
• mucous membranes
• the neck close to the thyroid gland
• the region directly above the heart
3.16 Precautions for Use
• All parts of the oscillator head must be dry before being used again.
• Switch off the device beforehand and disconnect it from the mains voltage when cleaning it.
• Clean and disinfect the oscillator head after each treatment.
• Membranes are for single patient use only.
• Check and replace membranes that are soiled, damaged, worn with use and no longer thick enough.
• Replace the membrane at least every 25 applications.
