Cover the building board with cling film so that
the slipway and later the inserted frames are
not glued to the board.

Stage 2, hull
The next step is to build the hull.
First remove the dark laser burn on the keel
parts 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 with sandpaper. You can
use wooden strips with sandpaper glued to
them.
Once the burn-off has been removed, the keel
can be glued.

In the next step, place the frames 2.8 to 2.21 in
the slipway and fit the keel.

Note: Frame 5, part 2.12, is designed as a full
frame. This makes it possible to create a
watertight section from frame 5 to the bow and
to foam it completely.
The H4 supports are used for the stern frame.

Attach the H4 supports to the stern bulkhead
with a drop of superglue so that they can be
easily removed later.
Next, glue on the reinforcements 2.4 and 2.6
for the keel bolts.

Glue the 3 mm thick and 1 mm thick parts 2.4
and 2.5 or 2.6 and 2.7 together. Please only
glue in the area shown in the picture. The
centre areas of the 1 mm thick doublings will
be cut out later.
First glue the reinforcement to one side of the
keel and then cut out the webs in the keel, also
