Check the unit for required replacement (see attachment D)

Check torque on bolts (backside of unit) (14Nm | 124 Lb-In)

Clean the space around rollers and bearings and remove all dirt

Check if rollers and bearings run smoothly

Check the charging springs for shape, wear and functionality (spring force)

Check if activation rods move smoothly and activate the switches of the print circuit board

Check the print circuit board for damages

Check the function of the final limit switches in the unit

Clean the brushes on the power pack
Cleck if the wheelset plate is damaged. Replace the plate when damaged (see instruction AA27797)
