4. On the Link Device page, enter the device code and click the "Lookup device" button. The
device code can be found on the label attached to the outside of the PinTherm, as shown below.

It is also possible to enter the device code by scanning the QR code. To scan the QR code, press
the QR code button.
5. If the PinTherm can be found, a new input field will
appear. In this field, you must enter an activation code. This
activation code is sent from the cloud to the PinTherm
and must be retrieved from the PinTherm itself. Note: The
activation code is time-limited.

6. On the PinTherm, press the
code and press the "OK" button.
7. In the "Activation Key" menu, the activation code will be displayed. It consists of five
characters. Enter the displayed activation code in the "Activation code" input field on the webpage
and click the "Apply code" button to add the PinTherm.
8. The PinTherm will now appear in the list of Devices.
7.0 Disposing of the PinTherm Infra Connect
When the PinTherm Infra Connect is replaced or removed, it must be recycled or destroyed in
accordance with national and/or local legislation and regulations.
8.0 Modbus
The Modbus settings Baudrate, Parity, Stop bits and Slave ID are adjustable via Ethernet or the
Cloud (IoT/WiFi).

For cable lengths longer than 200m and a baud rate of 9600, it is recommended to install a 120
Ohm end resistance.
