CI-bus error: High communication load on the yellow connector on the control panel. Check the cable,
connectors and your vehicle's master panel. If the error persists, contact Alde Service Partner.
iNet Connection error: The iNet box is disconnected or defective. If it has been deliberately discon-
nected press the "dismiss" button on the control panel.
Remote Control error: The remote control connected to contact JP3 on the back of the control panel
is disconnected or defective. Check cable and connectors. If it has been disconnected press the "unin-
stall" button on the control panel. For example, remote control can be Alde Smart Control.
Alde Voice not found: The gateway for Alde Voice Control is disconnected or defective. If it has been
disconnected press the "dismiss" button on the control panel.
9.1 If an error is not restored

Disconnect 12 V to the boiler by disconnecting the cable that supplies the boiler from the heater's
PCB. This cable is located on the top left of the PCB. Reconnect 12 V again by reconnecting the cable.
If an error is not restored by breaking and reconnecting 12 V to the boiler, also disconnect 230
V and then 12 V again. Reconnect 230 V and 12 V. If this does not help, contact retailer or Alde
Service Partner.
9.2. Operating messages
An operating message is not an error but a temporary failure. If an error occurs, an error message is
displayed on the screen.
Fan restarts...: The combustion fan did not reach sufficient speed. A new start attempt is made within
a few minutes. This is not an error. If "Fan failure" is shown after several "Fan restarts..." an error has
occurred. Please wait as long as "Fan restarts..." appears.
Full gas power unavailable: The combustion fan did not reach sufficient speed for full gas opera-
tion. This can occur if "High Altitude Mode" is turned on, read more about this function in section 6.5
Energy Sources. If the message appears without High Altitude Mode turned on and the error persists,
contact Alde Service Partner.
