R command example:
Read out instantaneous values:
Individual channel instantaneous values can be found
in the display address 0x0 where x = the channel
number (1 ... 6). The 4 digit instantaneous value (plus
prefix and decimal point) is at the beginning of the line
followed by a space and a 5 character engineering unit.
Example: +123,4 °C
If there is a break in the cable (open circuit) the display
indicates: !Open circuit
An open circuit can be identified, independent of
language, by means of the exclamation mark.
Example of a 3 channel instantaneous value read out
from a unit with identifier 1:

From the rec.:
Answer code 0 can only appear when serial interface
operation is opened (see WRITE command).
